1:15 – 2:00pm
Gen. Ray Woolridge & Gen. Becky Halstead
The military is by nature a high stress environment. Sandbox leadership can make it even worse. In this discussion, two generals will talk about navigating the pitfalls of such environments. You’ll get to hear Ray Woolridge talk with Becky Halstead, the first female graduate of West Point to attain the rank of General. Becky will share some of the powerful lessons she learned along the way as she successfully navigated some very toxic environments yet was able to remain herself and be a RARE leader.
2:15 – 3:15pm
Jim Wilder & Ray Woolridge
Many leaders naturally assume they have to be in ‘enemy mode’ to get anything done. And honestly, to most of them it doesn’t matter if they create a toxic work environment. But ‘enemy mode’ can express itself in a lot of other ways. Neuroscience expert Jim Wilder & General Ray Woolridge will pull the curtain back on the problem and pitfalls of enemy mode at work and some ways you can counteract it when you experience it.
3:30 – 4:30pm
Ray Woolridge, Virgie Maney, Dave Mead, Ryan Breneman
In this panel discussion you’ll get to hear stories and principles from a leadership coach, a Fortune 500 executive, a neuroscientist, and a military general. These four different perspectives from unique work environments will equip and inspire you, no matter what you are facing.
